    摘要:   本文研究方法為質性研究中的自我敘說,研究問題是從超個人心理學角度探討系統家族排列師養成與助人的身心靈變化歷程。  論述步驟主要闡述自身從學佛打坐之後,產生超個人經驗的疑惑抗拒,因緣進入身心靈課程學習,而後成為一名家族系統排列師的生命歷程。最初的研究動機源於受益於伯特·海寧格的家族系統排列,進而希望將系統排列的學問廣為宣揚,讓更多人受益。  以真實的生命故事加上超個人心理學視角,來探討系統排列師養成過程中的身心靈變化,及探討系統排列師在助人過程中的身心靈成長與變化。二十多年的掙扎與學習、成長與豐收都在一篇又一篇的故事裡呈現,歷經疑惑期、奠基期、成長期、終至最後的發用期。
      This study is self-narrative, mainly expounds that after learning after studying Buddhism and meditating, it produces the doubt and resistance of transpersonal experience. Study the Body-Mind-Spirit course serendipity, and then become a family system constellation facilitator 's life course. The original motivation for the study was to benefit from Master Henninger's family system constellation, and furthermore, I hope that the knowledge of system constellation will be widely promoted to benefit more people.   Writing real life stories to explore the changes in body, mind. and soul in the process of training a transpersonal system constellation facilitator, and discuss the growth and changes of the body, mind and soul of the transpersonal system constellation arranger in the process of helping others. More than 20 years of struggle and learning, growth and harvest are presented in one story after another, I hope this article can resonate and encourage people with the same experience.
