摘要: | 本研究指在探討一位臨床心理師的自我實現歷程與經驗內涵,研究以立意取樣方式邀請一名資深臨床心理師,並認為對於成為臨床心理師擁有自我實現經驗的研究參與者。研究者設計訪談大綱,以半結構式訪談進行資料收集,並以敘事研究中「整體—內容」、「類別—內容」之研究方法進行分析,以了解經歷自我實現的發展歷程之經驗內涵。 研究結果如下:受訪者的自我實現歷程共有三個向度,一為學習向度:「在不設限的學思歷程中,秉持正向動機的積極學習,克服差異且創造共融:臨床心理師執照、諮商心理師證書及喪禮服務技術證照的求知階段」,以及「承接多元領域的執業向度,開創多樣工作領域:教育、衛生醫療、司法矯治及學術領域的執業階段」;二為管理向度:「採自我複雜度方式執行優先工作理論與人力資源Y理論」,以及「採嚴謹、縝密與環環相扣之方式,伴隨不斷試鍊的滾動式修正,形塑出適合自己的做事風格」;三為人格養成向度:「當個可信任的人,是專業關係首要關鍵:建構人我關係與發展社會興趣,共創多贏之社會福祉」、「採期望理論形塑出自我建構的相依自我觀」,以及「藉由轉化高低谷經驗的歷程,建構出自我效能論」。 而在面對低谷經歷時,受訪者適時轉化挫敗為滋養,採自我效能論(self efficacy),以自我調適為核心的社會學習理論(social learning theory) ,藉由自我效能,達成賦予的特定任務的能力與信念。又受訪者將自己的服務歷程轉化為學術文章,架構出用專業與社會一同生活,而非單一個體的自我實現,乃是社會共融的整體實現。 研究最後提出實務工作與未來研究方向之建議,以利參考。 This study refers to the study in the study of a clinical psychologist's Self-actualization process and experience connotation, the study to invite a senior clinical psychologist by means of self-sampling, and think that to become a clinical psychologist has self-actualization experience of the research participants. The researchers designed interview outlines, collected data from semi-structured interviews, and analyzed by using the research methods of “whole-content” and “category-content” in narrative research to understand the empirical connotations of the process of Self-actualization. There are three dimensions in the interviewee's journey of self-realization. One is the learning dimension: “In the unlimited learning and thinking process, accepting the integration of differences: clinical psychologist license, counseling psychologist certificate, and funeral service technology The knowledge-seeking stage of the license” and “undertaking the practice of multiple fields, creating a variety of work areas: education, health care, judicial correction and academic fields of practice”; the second is the management dimension: “self-complexity method implementation priority Work Theory and Human Resources Theory Y”; the three is personality development dimension: “Being a trustworthy person is the primary key to professional relationships: human-self relationship, trust-led and humble learning”, and “by transforming high and low experience Process, constructing the theory of self-efficacy”. And when faced with the trough experience, clinical psychologists can transform frustration into nourishment at the right time, adopt self-efficacy theory (self-efficacy), social learning theory with self-adjustment as the core, and achieve the bestowed by self-efficacy Ability and belief in specific tasks. In addition, clinical psychologists have transformed their service history into academic articles, and structured a professional life with society, rather than the Self-actualization of a single individual, but the overall realization of social inclusiveness. At the end of the study, suggestions for practical work and future research directions are put forward for reference. |
