    摘要: 　　本研究採自我敘說方式，藉由回溯與省思關於研究者自身的生命歷程。研究者曾在未所預期的狀況下，突然經歷了靈啟的經驗，進而開啟自我探尋之旅的歷程。而該靈啟經驗的發生，除了促發研究者的生命，進入先前所未知之靈性的領域，也開展了研究者未曾所知的，原來蘊藏在自身心靈中，有股源源不斷的心靈能量。研究者因靈啟經驗的發生，而後的十年間，此經驗除了引領研究者對自我生命陰影的覺察和修復，也因在探索自我和學習靈性的歷程中，生命亦因此而有了大轉彎，促使研究朝向專業助人者的路途邁進。此研究透過自我敘說書寫，將此十年所聞所見，探討靈性見解，如何注入於世間日常生活之經驗，以及對於研究者身體、心理、靈性三面向的影響及意義。
    　　This research adopts a self-narrative approach through retrospection and reflection on the researcher's own unanticipated circumstances, in which the researcher suddenly experienced a spiritual revelation in an unanticipated situation, hence started a journey of self-exploration. The spiritual revelation experience not only propelled the researcher's life into a previously unknown spiritual realm, but also opened up a source of spiritual energy that the researcher had not known existed within my own soul. Between this ten year，the researcher's own experience of spiritual enlightenment not only leads to a personalized experience of awareness and restoration of the shadow of the self, but also leads to a major turnaround in the researcher's life as that explored the self and learned about spirituality, which leading the researcher towards the path of a professional helper. Through self-narrating and writing what the researcher has heard and seen over the past ten years, this study explores the impact and significance of spiritual insight on the physical, psychological, and spiritual aspects of the individualized experience of daily life in the world.
