本研究旨在了解透過以藝術為媒介的團體進行生命回顧,輕度認知障礙長者參與團體的經驗為何,研究者與臺南市某社區式長照機構合作,共招募5名輕度認知障礙之長者,進行為期12週的團體,以Erikson生命過程漸變圖中的八大發展階段為基礎,針對研究參與者各發展階段中的某些重要時刻,做為生命回顧的時間軸進行藝術創作,將團體歷程謄打為逐字稿形成研究文本,運用詮釋現象學研究方法進行文本分析,研究結果如下:一、 在創作中「掘能」而「覺能」,重新看見「我能」;二、 在口述歷史中展現自我價值;三、 在團體中對彼此有新的理解與發現;四、 在角色的責任義務中看見意義。針對後續研究及實務場域則有以下建議:一、 在研究面(一) 研究場域可與機構合作;(二) 宜依照長者特質縮短每次團體時間及延長團體總次數;(三) 先以有樣板結構化之美術活動讓長者熟悉媒材特性,再增加創作的彈性予長者自由發揮。二、 在實務面(一) 延長團體期程、與機構一週作息表結合;(二) 大玩創藝,主題不設限,把機構走廊變藝廊。 The purpose of this research was to understand the experience of the elderly with mild cognitive impairment in participating in the group through the life review conducted by a group that used art as the medium. Based on the eight major development stages in Erikson's life process gradual change diagram, aiming at certain important moments in each development stage of the research participants, as a timeline for life review, artistic creation was carried out, and the group history was transcribed into verbatim drafts to form research The text used interpretive phenomenological research methods for text analysis, the research results were as follows:1. Excavate ability in creation to discover ability, and see what I can again.2. Show self-worth in oral history.3. Have a new understanding and discovery for each other.4. Understand meaning in the responsibilities and obligations of roles.For follow-up researchs and practical fields, the following suggestions are made:1. On the research side(1) Research fields can cooperate with institutions.(2) It is advisable to shorten each group time and extend the total number of groups according to the characteristics of the elderly.(3) Firstly use model and structured art activities to familiarize the elderly with the characteristics of the media, and then increase the flexibility of creation for the elderly to play freely.2. On the practical side(1) Extend the group schedule and integrate it with the institution's weekly schedule.(2) The art theme is unlimited limited, and the institutional corridors are transformed into art galleries.
