    Abstract:   藥物濫用者再犯比例高,要中止再犯性,須強化戒癮的保護因子、降低危險因子,正向宗教信仰是保護因子之一。本研究為瞭解宗教信仰對藥癮者戒癮及復歸社會的功效與影響,乃立意取樣一位藉由基督教信仰戒癮成功20年的女性更生人為研究對象,以敘事研究方法蒐集資料,並剖析基督宗教的各項資源對研究對象在戒癮及身心靈社會各層面重建之影響。  研究結果發現,基督宗教信仰擁有豐富的戒癮更生資源,得以滿足身心靈各層面需求,有助藥癮者戒癮及復歸社會生活。一、在戒癮方面,個人可透由祈禱與宗教修行方式,提升心靈成長,戒除心癮;二、在復歸社會生活方面:(1).基督的身心靈教育幫助藥癮者端正道德觀念並增強自我責任,有助於改善社會對藥癮者的負面印象;(2)教會的人際、更生服務、心靈關懷等資源幫助個人遠離過去毒品生活圈,降低環境危險因子,並幫助家庭關係修復、工作生涯發展及社會關係重建。
      People with drug abuse and addiction almost likely have a high rate of recidivism. With the aim of stopping this, it is necessary to strengthen the protective factors for quitting addiction and reduce the risk factors. One of the protective factors is positive religious belief.  The purpose of this research was to understand the effects and influences of how religious beliefs on drug addicts' withdrawal and social reintegration. This research explored a female rehabilitator who has quit addictio through Christian faith for 20 years. Narrative research method was adopted to collect data and analyzed what influences from various sources of Christianity on Ms Chen and related aspects of body, mind, and society.  The findings in this research included:Christianity has abundant resources for rehabilitation, which can satisfy the needs of the body, mind, and soul, and help drug users to quit addiction and return to social life.  Firstly, in terms of quit addiction, individual could improve spiritual growth and get rid of addiction through prayer and religious practices.   Secondly, in terms of returning to social life:(A)Christ education on body, mind, and soul would help drug addicts to adjust their moral concepts and enhance self-responsibility, which can help one to improve society's negative impression of drug addicts. (B)The interpersonal relationship on church , rehabilitation services, spiritual care and other resources can help individual stay away from the past drug life circle, reduce environmental risk factors, and help to restore family relationships, work career development and social relationship reconstruction.
