    摘要:   始於2019年季夏,陸續創作至2021年孟春,研究者歷時大約一年半的曼陀羅創作時間,一共創作出65幅非結構式與4幅結構式曼陀羅作品,其中透過研究者積極想像,以及與每幅作品自我對話的過程,直觀挑選出較能夠輔助照見生活經驗,呈現豐富心靈象徵意義之5幅非結構式曼陀羅作品,由於結構式曼陀羅創作歷時彌久,每一幅均能表示階段性課題的行走足跡,並能夠浮現研究者個人充沛的心靈意義,因此4幅作品皆納入本研究中。  本研究之目的為透過曼陀羅繪畫創作過程,探索研究者內在心靈世界象徵與個體化歷程開展,並使用創作圖像為文本,透過對話方式與及積極想像的過程,深化研究者個體經驗之轉變,與促進個體化的整合歷程,並嘗試提煉出心理助人者深化自我覺察與心靈整合的意義詮釋的更多可能性。研究者使用自我敘事探究作為研究方法,針對圖像與過去生命故事作為研究文本,並結合協同研究者之觀點,與研究者個人之積極想像內容、自由書寫、生命經驗持續進行對話,作為來回反思與探索之途徑,於對話中融入不同的觀點與象徵意涵,深化、擴展並融合探索之視域。  透過曼陀羅繪畫創作經驗發現,研究者之生命歷程依循繪畫經驗而能夠分為四個主要時期,分別為:1. 夢寐混亂期;2. 宣洩掙扎期;3. 收束統整期;4. 流動創造期,並與積極想像偕作方式開展之個體化歷程,帶來生命經驗之轉化,幫助研究者之意識經驗與身心靈之平衡關係,並賦予個體生命故事之全新意義,期許本研究能夠提供心理助人,或相關專業人員一個自我探索與覺察之途徑與選擇。
      Starting in the summer of 2019 and continuing through 2021, the researchers spent about a year and a half creating 65 unstructure and 4 structural mandala artworks, which were actively imagined by the researcher, and the process of self-dialogue with each work, intuitively selected five non-structural mandala artworks, which are more able to assist the experience of seeing life, presents the rich symbolic meaning of spirit, because the structure of mandala artworks lasts a long time to paint, each can represent the walking footprint of the stage subject, and can emerge the researcher's personal rich spiritual significance, therefore, all four works are included in this study.  The purpose of this study is to explore the inner spiritual world symbol and individualization process of the researcher through the process of mandala painting creation. Deepen the transformation of individual experience of the researcher and promote the integration of individualization, the researcher use creative images as text through dialogue and positive imagination process. Simultaneously, the researcher try to extract more possibilities of the meaning of interpretation for psychological helpers to deepen self-awareness and spiritual integration. Using self-narrative inquiry as a research method and aiming at images of past life stories as research texts, the researcher combine with the views of the collaborative researchers, the researchers' personal positive imagination content, free writing text, and life experience continuous dialogue in this study. As a way to reflect and explore back and forth, the researcher incorporate different views and symbolic meaning to deeply and extended integrate the exploration of the field of view.  Through the experience of mandala painting creation, it is found that the life course of the researcher can be divided into four main periods according to the painting experience, namely: 1. Dream and chaos; 2. Catharsis and struggle; 3. Consolidation and integration; 4. Flow creation period. With the positive imagination of the way to carry out the individualization process, the mandala artworks bring about the transformation of life experience, help researchers' conscious experience, body and mind balance relationship, and give the individual life story a new meaning. In the end, the researcher hope that this study can provide psychological help, or a way of self-exploration and awareness for related professionals.
