| 摘要: | 本研究動機源於研究者從事殯葬禮儀業務之初，在完全不了解殯葬事務中，進入生死服務領域。服務過程中，面對陪伴對象—喪親家屬，在治喪期間面臨慌亂悲傷與哀慟所需得到的身心支持，以及其提問的生死問題，引發研究者想探討身為一位殯葬禮儀業務，在生死服務領域中，如何提供或陪伴喪親家屬度過分離失落的有效支持？之後進入南華大學生死學系研究所就讀後，取得生命關懷師認證。研究者想探討從個人在殯葬服務場域的生死服務發展過程中，所映照出自我身心靈的轉化，及對自我生命意義與存在價值的反思為何？如何擴及到對他人的生命關懷? 研究目的以研究者自身實際生死服務經驗的過程中，以質性研究自我敘事法，探討研究者在服務個案時自我身心靈的經歷，與對自我生命歷程的改變及影響。在進入南華生死所學習生死教育後，探討自己對生死意義的認識與思考。在取得生命關懷師認證後，能實際運用至生活中，協助身邊有需要的親朋好友。 在殯葬禮儀業務的生死服務中，喪親者給予研究者的情感回饋，建構出研究者對自我生命意義與存在價值。在直視死亡觸動對生命緣起緣滅的覺察中，提供喪親者在治喪期間有效的哀傷抒發與身心靈支持。 期許自己以生命關懷師的生死服務中，對台灣本土在二十一世紀的社會發展，面臨高齡化、少子化、家庭支持功能弱化、網路世代興起及新冠肺炎疫情等內外在環境快速變化，使得人際關係漸形薄弱之際，希望以此研究，能提升生死服務的發展質量，轉化成對生命的關懷，與在生活中實際應用的重要性。
The motivation of this research stems from the beginning of the researcher engaged in funeral ritual business,and entered the field of life and death services when researcher did not understandthe funeral affairs at all. During the service process, facing the companion object—bereaved family members, the physical and mental support needed to face panicand grief during the funeral process, as well as the life and death questions they asked, the researchers wanted to explore the life and death of a funeral ritual business. In the service field, how to provide or accompany the bereaved family members with effective support for the separation and loss? After entering the Department of Life-and-Death Studies College of Humanities Nanhua University, obtained the certification of life caring professional person.The researcher wants to explore the transformation of one's body, mind, and soul reflected in the development of life and death services in the funeral service field, and the reflection on the meaning and existence value of one's life? How to extend to caring for the lives of others? The purpose of the research is to study the self-narrative method qualitatively in the process of the researcher's own actual life and death service experience, to explore the researcher's experience of self, body, mind, and soul when serving a case, and the change and influence on the self life course. After entering the Department of Life-and-Death Studies College of Humanities Nanhua University to study life and death education, I will explore my own understanding and thinking about the meaning of life and death. After obtaining the certification of life caring professional person, it can be used in daily life to assist relatives and friends in need.In the life and death service of funeral ritual business, the emotional feedback given by the bereaved to the researcher constructs the researcher's self-life meaning and existence value. In the direct view of the touch of death and the awareness of the origin and demise of life, it provides effective expression of grief and physical and spiritual support for the bereaved during the funeral process.In the life-and-death service of a life caring professional person, I hope that Taiwan's social development in the 21st century will face rapid changes in internal and external environments such as aging, declining birthrate, weakening of family support functions, the rise of the internet generation, and the Covid-19 epidemic. When interpersonal relationships are becoming weaker, I hope that this research can improve the development quality of life and death services, transform it into care for life, and the importance of practical application in life. |
