This research aims to explore the needs, functions and content of hospice care services provided by the funeral and interment industry. Ceremonial personnel are professionals that people will come into contact with after death. As far as the situation is concerned, because most people die in hospitals, they are concerned about the industry. Due to other particularities and legal restrictions, funeral director can directly enter the dying field to make contact with the dying person. This may hinder the dying person's opportunity to practice funeral and burial autonomy and fail to do a good job of body, mind, and spirit before death. The main body of funeral and burial is not just implemented in practical uncoffining, funerals, burials, and sacrifices, but should extend the process from hospice care to dying, so that the ceremonialist has the opportunity to intervene and discuss and plan behind them with their families and terminal patient. Assist the family and the terminal patient for the farewell together; at the last moment of life, because the etiquette always accompanies and takes care of everything for the dying, respects their wishes, and lets them prepare for the funeral by mastering the autonomy of funerals and burials. Both life and death must be dignified and complete. In this study, field investigations and qualitative research content analysis methods are adopted. Through in-depth interviews, etiquettes with more than 15 years of practice experience are listed as interview subjects, so as to understand how the etiquettes are involved in hospice care services for the dying and their families. The impact of this, and how the funeral director can provide substantial services to assist the terminal patient get a good death. Through research, it is found that the funeral director still has a need in hospice care services. Although they are conducted in a passive manner due to cultural taboos, they can properly plan the afterlife with the client, and give tasks and pacify the relatives in the process of bereavement. Emotions, let each other say goodbye in their own way, leaving no regrets. In addition, in order to allow the etiquette to better perform the functions and roles of hospice care, it is easy to propose additional practical operations, the funeral industry will become the help of the Hospice Care team, and the living contract will make hospice care services specific.
