摘要: | 本研究旨在國小教師使用社群軟體對班級經營之影響,探討國小的導師們,使用「LINE官方帳號」與班級經營之相關性和使用「LINE官方帳號」與親師溝通之相關性,希望能給予日後教育同仁們一個新的參考依據。 本研究以研究者任教的國小之八位導師、兩位學生及兩位學校志工家長為研究對象。研究過程中,透過不同對象的深度訪談內容,分為三個訪談面向做紀錄分析,結果可以歸納出本研究所獲得的結論如下:1.國小教師使用LINE官方帳號與班級經營之相關性:優點包括國小教師可以自由切換帳號、投稿發佈動態活動、突破空間和時間限制等;缺點包括家長使用容易造成過度干涉教師、學生弱化自我負責、網路不穩造成無法使用等。2.國小教師使用LINE官方帳號與親師溝通之相關性:優點包括操作簡單,親師使用意願提升、適用個別接收訊息、一對一溝通等;缺點包括親師表達過程易造成誤解、不尊重教師、過多訊息易有遺漏等。 The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of elementary school teachers' use of social software on class management, the correlation between teachers' use of “line official account” and class management, and the correlation between teachers' use of “line official account” and parent-teacher communication. In this study, eight tutors, two students and two parents of school volunteers were selected as the research objects. In the process of the research, through the in-depth interviews of different subjects, it can be divided into three interview aspects for record analysis. The results can be summarized as follows: 1.The correlation between elementary school teachers' use of line official accounts and class management: the advantages include that elementary school teachers can switch accounts freely, submit and publish dynamic activities, break through space and time constraints, etc; the disadvantages include excessive interference of teachers caused by parents, weakening of self responsibility of students, and inability to use the internet caused by instability.2.The correlation between elementary school teachers' use of line official account and parent-teacher communication: the advantages include simple operation, increased willingness of parent teacher to use, individual receiving information, one-to-one communication, etc; the disadvantages include misunderstanding, disrespect for teachers and omission of too much information. |
