    Abstract:   工業革命造就了快速發展的社會與資本主義的出現,導致全球暖化與污染加劇,野生動植物棲息地的減少、天然資源的枯竭與破壞的環境問題持續出現。企業社會責任包括需對股東或消費者等利益相關人負責,同時兼顧其對環境以及社會之影響。最初企業營利的本質與環境永續追求的目標相互衝突,在國際社會的努力下,永續發展的思想逐漸替代了單純生態導向的議題。近年快時尚掀起時裝旋風的同時,由於產品供應鏈上所造成的環境問題,使快時尚產業被列為重大汙染產業之一。  本文針對歐洲快速時尚品牌ZARA與H&M在企業社會責任中的環境永續層面,面臨社會背景與趨勢的轉變,從接納環境永續的概念,直到落實自身在永續面向的企業社會責任之實踐作為進行研究。  研究結果顯示,由於企業社會責任與環境永續的問題影響範圍逐漸擴大,許多調查發現快時尚產業 在永續領域的不足企業受到媒體的渲染與輿論壓力等因素的影響 意識到在環境永續議題漸被重視的社會下面臨營運困境,從而開始做出實際改變,並將其融入營運策略之中。透過研究個案每年發布的年度報告與永續報告書、外界機構的評估報告與團體組織的調查,以及相關文獻資料發現,快時尚產業中的環境永續意識正在興起;企業投入的心力和品牌供應鏈所做的改變,使經濟發展與環境永續轉化為合作的關係;企業在改進內部機制與策略的同時,也和同樣具知名度的其他品牌、機構、組織等建立合作關係,以對整體產業發揮一定的影響力,一同邁向永續的目標前進。
      The industrial revolution promoted the development of the society and capitalism, which caused global warming and made pollution more serious. The environmental problems are still happening with the decrease of wild animals and the depletion to natural resources. Corporate social responsibility is not only responsible for stakeholders and consumers, but also for the society and environment. The essence of profit corporate and the environmental sustainability conflicted with each other at first. The environmental sustainability has replaced ecological issue at the joint efforts of international community in recent years since the 21th century. Fast fashion fever struck whole world, and it became one of the most pollution industries because of the environmental problem with their supply chain at the same time.  This research takes fast fashion brands in Europe, ZARA and H&M as case studies. The focus is on the environmental sustainability of corporate social responsibility from accept the concept of environmental sustainability to practice of corporate social responsibility when they faced the change in social trends.  According to the result of the research, corporate scandals have been explored in many surveys because the expand of corporate social responsibility and environmental sustainability. Corporate have affected by pubic with media hype and other factors, realized the operational challenges which environmental sustainability is getting more important of the society, begin to make changes, then take them into strategic account. The sustainable conscious rise can be found in fast fashion industries through corporate annual reports and assessment results from institutions. The efforts by companies and the changes in the supply chain, make the development of economy and environmental sustainability cooperate with each other. Corporate also cooperate with famous brands, institutions, and organizations to influence whole industry when they improved internal management and strategies.
