本研究的目標在探討國小教師運用文創商品融入國小班級經營是否有助於提升教師的班級經營效能,包含對班級的常規管理、班級氣氛營造、班級環境規劃、親師溝通、學生學習成效、教師教學品質及學生偏差行為處理等方面的提升。本文以國小導師為主要研究對象,藉由問卷收集之資料來分析並深入研究文創商品運用在班級經營是否能提升教師的班級經營效能。此外,本文以「傻笑鱷魚」文創商品應用在班級經營為案例。本研究以交叉分析與卡方檢定,分析教師覺得傻笑鱷魚文創商品影響班級經營效能的程度,本論文之研究結果將可提供國小導師進行班級經營時運用文創商品的參考依據。 The goal of this research is to explore whether elementary school teachers use cultural and creative products to integrate elementary school class management can improve teachers’ class management effectiveness, including routine management of the class, class atmosphere creation, class environment planning, parent-teacher communication, student learning effectiveness, The improvement of teachers’ teaching quality and the handling of students’ deviant behaviors. This article uses elementary school tutors as the main research object, using the data collected by the questionnaire to analyze and in-depth study whether the use of cultural and creative products in class management can improve the efficiency of class management of teachers. In addition, this article uses the application of “ Smirking Crocodile ” cultural and creative products in class management as an example. This study uses cross-analysis and chi-square verification to analyze the degree to which teachers feel that the smirking crocodile cultural and creative products affect the efficiency of class management. The results of this thesis will provide a reference basis for elementary school tutors to use cultural and creative products in class management.
