中國哲學是以生命為中心,也是生命的學問,本論文探討《莊子》思想,並將莊子的生命哲學帶入國小的輔導工作,讓學校的輔導教育得以順利進行,並可延伸生命教育之推展。因此本文緒論說明研究動機,指出輔導教育的哲學研究值得從莊子的生命智慧來探討,因而在此問題意識下,本文首先針對莊子思想的形成與基調,說明莊子生命哲學之形成與意涵,指出莊子思想的生命訴求有其哲學理念,顯示莊子思想中有老學元素,呈現老莊哲學的生命理境的慧命相續。之後論述莊子生命哲學的境界證成,說明修養和證成工夫如何解消生命問題。在莊子生命哲學的教育實踐方面,探討國小輔導工作的相關問題及當遭逢困頓時之解決之道,論述心理輔導、行為輔導、班級輔導,將莊子的生命哲學理念運用在學校輔導教育所面臨的問題,以解決教師面對校內學童的輔導困境。 Chinese philosophy is life-centered and life philosophy. This thesis discusses the thought of Zhuangzi and brings Zhuangzi’s philosophy of life into the guidance work in the elementary school, so that school counseling of education can be carried out smoothly and can extend the promotion of life education. Therefore, the introduction of this paper illustrates the research motivation, and points out that the philosophical study of guidance and education is worth exploring from Zhuangzi’s life wisdom. My thesis first explains the formation and meaning of Zhuangzi’s life philosophy according to the formation and fundamental of Zhuangzi’s thought, and points out that the life idea of Zhuangzi’s thought has its philosophical concept, which shows that there are Lao-Tzu elements in Zhuangzi’s thought, and presents the life rational and wisdom of Zhuangzi’s philosophy. Then I discusses the realm of Zhuangzi’s philosophy of life how to justify, and explain how to solve the problem of life. In the aspect of educational practice of Zhuangzi’s philosophy of life, the thesis discusses the related problems of primary school of the solutions in counseling and guidance, when encountering difficulties of education. Therefore I discusses psychological counseling, behavioral counseling and class counseling, and applies Zhuangzi’s philosophy of life to the problems faced by school counseling education, in order to solve the difficult situation of teachers in the school which about children’s counseling.
