由於文化財的保存與經營一直是各界矚目的焦點,運用文化財本身之價值進而包裝產生更有吸引人潮的焦點,以期增加經營收入藉以維護文化財本體,並進而帶動地方觀光產業活絡,為目前歷史建物經營的首要重點。本文以經由建構層級分析架構來進行文化財經營策略的分析,藉由專家訪談與文獻分析發展影響歷史古蹟保存及活用成功關鍵因素之層級架構,顯示「展覽內容具有教育性」、「展覽內容具有獨特性」、「策展人員的專業性」為整體評估指標權重前三名,本文將依據前述研究結果進行討論與建議。 As the preservation and management of cultural properties has always been the focus of attention from all walks of life, utilize the value of cultural property itself and then package it to create a more attractive focus. In order to increase operating income to maintain the body of cultural properties and then promote the activity of local tourism industry, the primary focus of the current historical building operation.This paper analyzes the management strategy of cultural assets through the construction of a hierarchical analysis framework and develop a hierarchy of key factors influencing the success of preservation and utilisation of historic monuments based on expert interviews and document analysis. It shows that ”the exhibition content is educational”, ”the exhibition content is unique”, and ”the professionalism of the curator” are the top three weights of the overall evaluation indicators,and this paper will discuss and make suggestions based on the above research results.
