Abstract:	本研究旨在探討消防人員手機遊戲使用現況及遊戲種類喜好度，消防人員因職業特殊，具有高危險性、全天候待命、注重團隊合作等工作特性，基於這些因素，為瞭解消防人員在這工作環境下手機遊戲的遊玩狀況及遊戲的喜好，本研究採取質性訪談法，以雲林縣虎尾分隊消防人員為研究對象，分別訪問八位消防幹部及隊員，透過消防人員的經驗分享，再以文獻分析法輔助支持研究的理論，研究結果發現：1.消防人員不管職位、年紀，在時代趨勢及工作、生活需求下皆使用智慧型手機，且幾乎都會遊玩手機遊戲。 2.消防人員遊玩手機遊戲類型廣泛，因個人年紀、興趣、同儕之間影響而不同，而目的可以用來打發時間、脫離現實面的壓力、體驗現實中無法體驗到的事，並獲得優越感和成就感。3.消防人員認為玩手遊簡單、方便，是一種可以減輕上班壓力、放鬆身心靈的休閒，除了不影響工作，大家一起玩更可以拉近彼此之間距離、相處氣氛融洽，對工作有幫助，還可以促進團隊合作默契。　　The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of firefighters' use of mobile games and their preference for game types. Because of their special career, it has such characteristics as high risk, all-day standby, and team work. Based on these factors, in order to understand their preferences for mobile games in this working environment, this study adopts qualitative interview method, taking firefighters from Huwei fire station of Yunlin County as the research object, interviewing eight fire firefighters who share their experiences in playing games, and using the theory of analytical methods to support the study. We can find out that:1.Because of the trend of modern times and the need of work, fire fighters use smartphones and play mobile games in a variety of ages and positions.2.According to their age, hobby and the peer influence, firefighters play different types of mobile games. The purpose of playing mobile games is to kill time, get rid of the pressure of reality, experience fantasy and gain the sense of superiority and the achievement. 3.Firefighters believe that playing mobile games are not only simple and convenient but also reduce the pressure of work. Playing mobile games together can close the gap between coworkers, promote group collaboration and maintain work efficiency.
