    摘要:   台灣週休二日已實施多年,觀光旅遊的風潮發展迅速,國人旅遊以國外旅遊為大宗,可由觀光局統計數據看出。然而自2020年COVID-19疫情開始,出國旅遊因疫情而停滯。反之帶動了國內旅遊爆發,旅遊方式也改變了,大量旅遊人潮湧入各縣市老街及文創園區。迪化街是南北貨、中藥行的集散地,有許多古建築物,美食小吃,值得一遊的老街。本研究在探討迪化街文創觀光發展、遊客來迪化街旅遊動機與目的、探討迪化街觀光發展問題。  蒐集文創觀光、文化定義、美食文化參考文獻探討,並以半結構式訪談方式分析,針對不同遊客對迪化街的旅遊看法,瞭解來迪化街的目的,再訪的意願。商家對迪化街的觀光發展建議的問題,遊客與店家看到那些問題,質性分析研究的結果,以SWOT分析出些現況問題,研究發現老街文化歷史,建築物、街道景點觀光少了地圖介紹,只有遊客中心可以取得。街道規劃、停靠車輛讓狹小道路更加狹窄,應予加強假日徒步區的規劃,街道能更寬敞。迪化街的美食是眾多遊客慕名而來,知名店家美食地圖包裝介紹,可使遊客更清楚掌握資訊。研究建議迪化街很多古建築及特定的標地能建置QR Code導覽,掃碼即能對歷史建物介紹,讓遊客更能了解建物的歷史故事。商品包裝與一般賣場區隔,建立不同機制提高購買欲望。要了解迪化街文創發展,對歷史建築、美食文化、文化觀光發展而做此研究。
      Taiwan's two-day weekend has been implemented for many years, and the trend of tourism has developed rapidly. Chinese people's tourism is mainly foreign tourism, which can be seen from the statistics of the Tourism Bureau. However, since the beginning of the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020, overseas travel has been stalled due to the epidemic. On the contrary, it has led to the outbreak of domestic tourism, and the way of tourism has also changed. Dihua Street is a distribution center for north-south goods and traditional Chinese medicine shops. There are many ancient buildings, gourmet snacks, and an old street worth visiting. This study discusses the development of cultural and creative tourism in Dihua Street, the motivation and purpose of tourists visiting Dihua Street, and the development of tourism in Dihua Street.  Collect cultural and creative tourism, cultural definition, food culture reference literature, and analyze it through semi-structured interviews, aiming at different tourists' views on Dihua Street, to understand the purpose of visiting Dihua Street and their willingness to visit again.Questions about the businessmen's suggestions on the tourism development of Dihua Street, tourists and shops see those problems, the results of qualitative analysis and research, some current problems are analyzed by SWOT, and the research finds that the cultural history of the old street, buildings and street attractions are less touristy The map introduction can only be obtained from the visitor center. Street planning and parking of vehicles make narrow roads narrower, and the planning of holiday pedestrian areas should be strengthened to make the streets more spacious. The delicacies of Dihua Street are attracted by many tourists. The food map of well-known stores is packaged and introduced, so that tourists can better grasp the information. The research suggests that many ancient buildings and specific landmarks in Dihua Street can be equipped with QR Code guides, and the historical buildings can be introduced by scanning the codes, so that tourists can better understand the historical stories of the buildings. Commodity packaging is separated from general stores, and different mechanisms are established to increase purchasing desire. To understand the cultural and creative development of Dihua Street, this research is done on the development of historical buildings, food culture, and cultural tourism.
