    摘要:   現代社會經濟結構快速變遷且不斷的產生變化,多數青年面對養育下一代的觀念產生巨大的改變,據統計高昂的育兒成本造成雙薪家庭經濟沉重負擔,使得新婚夫妻不敢生、不願生。因此本研究參酌幼兒教育理論,以自然科學研究方法(DSRM)為研究架構,結合同理心地圖設計幼兒教玩具創新商業服務模式,以滿足現下家長教育與照顧孩子之需求。本研究提出三大創新服務模式,包含:(1)幼兒教玩具共學商務模式;(2)幼兒教玩具創新共享商務模式;(3)幼兒教玩具創新科技商務模式,針對育有學齡前幼兒之家長為調查對象採隨機抽樣法進行調查,藉由統計分析結果後發現:多數受測者重視幼兒教養相關議題,並認同透過幼兒教玩具與新興教育科技產品培養幼兒相關能力;多數家長願意透過親子共學社群了解幼兒教玩具操作教育意涵與多元育兒新知;家中多有閒置教玩具之家庭,對於幼兒教玩具共享概念產生共鳴。本研究期許未來能有更多元的幼兒教玩具創新服務模式產生,不僅能幫助多數育兒父母降低育兒費用,更能提供未來幼兒教玩具多元設計與教育虛擬平台創建之參考。
      A great majority of young people are changing their concepts about raising children in view of the rapidly changing social-economic structure and the increasing cost of living. According to statistics, the high costs of raising children have caused heavy financial burdens to dual-income families, making some newlyweds afraid and reluctant to have children. Therefore, by referring to child education theories, this study employed the design science research methodology (DSRM) as the research framework to set up innovative business service models of educational toys for children. Combining empathy maps to devise meet current parents’ needs for educating and taking care of children. In view of the need for educational toys for children, this study proposed three innovative service modes: (1) the playgroup mode; (2) the sharing mode; and (3) the innovative technology mode.This study investigated parents who have preschool children by random sampling. According to the result of statistical analysis, most subjects attached importance to child-rearing and education-related topics and agreed that educational toys for children and emerging educational technology products helped in the development of children’s capabilities. Most parents were willing to learn about the educational implication of educational toys for children and new diversified parenting knowledge through parent-child learning communities. Families that have idle education toys also agreed with the concept of sharing children’s educational toys. This study expected that there would be more diversified innovative service modes of educational toys for children in the future, helping parents reduce parenting costs and providing a reference for diversified designs of educational toys for children and the establishment of virtual education platforms in the future.
