    Abstract:   本研究旨在探究從事融入靈性諮商之助人工作者的倫理態度及倫理實踐。以詮釋現象學為哲學觀點,主題分析法為資料分析方法,蒐集研究參與者對於融入靈性諮商倫理的實務經驗,透過主題分析法萃取其精華呈現;半結構深度訪談三位研究參與者,皆取得專業證照的助人工作者,有諮商心理師、臨床心理師及精神科醫師,他們融入靈性的心理諮商年資皆達五年以上。  本研究訪談三位研究參與者,合計獲得六份文本資料,透過主題分析的詮釋循環過程,萃取以下四個主題呈現助人工作者從事融入靈性心理諮商之倫理態度與倫理實踐:一、真誠待人待己。二、看見個案內在的光。三、以靈性觀成為助人工作的助力。四、以靈性觀提昇助人工作者的生命。  基於上述研究結果,提供給從事融入靈性心理諮商的助人工作者及相關實務工作者做為參考,並針對專業助人工作者、諮商專業人員養成機構以及未來相關研究提出建議,期盼對相關實務領域及未來研究有所助益。
      The purpose of this study is to investigate ethical attitudes and ethical practices in spiritual counseling. Using hermeneutic phenomenological as the philosophical point of view, and base on the thematic analysis method as the data analysis method, data on the practical experience of the participants involved in this research in integrating spiritual counseling ethics was collected, the data was interpreted and presented via thematic analysis method. The participants involved in this research consist of counseling psychologists, clinical psychologists and psychiatrists who have professional licenses, and more than five years of experience in spiritual counseling.  Interviews were conducted with three of the participants involved in this research of study, and a total of six texts were obtained. Based on the interpretation cycle process of thematic analysis framework, four themes were extracted to present the ethical attitude and ethical practice of helpers engaged in spiritual counseling as follows:1.Be honest with others and yourself.2.See the inner light of the case.3.Be a helper in helping others with a spiritual view.4.Improve the lives of helping workers with a spiritual view.  Results obtained from the research above provides helpful insight for professional counseling practitioners, training institutions and helpers who are engaged in spiritual counseling, as well as aiding future related research.
