| 摘要: | 社區總體營造之發展必須根據不同因素和不同社區在地的優勢，而有不同的推動策略與營造手法。在地特色文化加上設計整合後形成一種提升社區居民認同感、人文教育和良好景觀空間的場域。許多依靠戲劇、電影場景等熱潮而爆紅的場所，很容易因為潮流退去後再次沒落;或是沒有經過一定的盤整或是分析逕自放入一個與社區無關的設計元素，都可能造成社區再次成為沒有活力、沒有辨識度且沒有靈魂的空殼。在社區規劃裡，若能從單一點的廢棄老屋、閒置空間等開始活化並且配合在地歷史人文的特色民情加上在地居民參與討論及溝通，最後形成一個具有認同感、和在地特色的社區。 本研究目的希望先找尋幾處符合「風土設計」（Vernacular Design）的社區營造手法且居民參與度高的社區，深入調查後記錄設計者針對社區採取的手法、策略及過程之後，分析這幾處能成為成功案例的社區必要之人事物等條件，藉此整理出以風土設計為概念去經營的社區所產生出良好的影響為何，希望能達到一套提供大家對社區營造要有特色、認同感並且有效的改變的方法，讓臺灣城鄉更有地方風情。
The development of overall community building must have different promotion strategies and building methods according to different factors and local advantages of different communities. After the integration of local characteristic culture and design, it forms a field that enhances community residents' sense of identity, humanistic education and good landscape space. Many places that rely on drama and movie scenes to become popular are easy to fall again after the trend recedes; or they put in a design element that has nothing to do with the community without a certain consolidation or analysis, which may cause the community to become a community again. An empty shell without energy, identity and soul. In community planning, if we start from a single point of abandoned old houses, idle space, etc., and cooperate with the characteristics of local history and culture, and local residents participate in discussions and communication, we will finally form a community with a sense of identity and local characteristics community. The purpose of this research is to first find a few communities that conform to the community construction method of “Vernacular Design” and have high residents' participation. After an in-depth investigation, record the methods, strategies and processes adopted by the designers for the communities, and then analyze these communities. The necessary people, things and other conditions of a community that can become a successful case, so as to sort out the good impact of the community operated with the concept of climate design, hoping to achieve a set that provides everyone with a sense of identity and identity for community building And the effective method of change will make Taiwan's urban and rural areas more local and have more reference value. |
