本研究主題為觀光遊憩資源發展,以台南市將軍區作為案例,早期將軍區大部分為一級農漁產業,加上雲嘉南國家風景區的範圍分布甚少,當地有時舉辦相關人文資源、文化產業活動,譬如:將軍吼音樂祭、胡蘿蔔節、木棉花節、蘆筍節等活動,但似乎推廣行銷成效不足,大部分的活動來客數並沒有帶來大量的人潮,或者僅是走過拍照。本研究者亦搜尋將軍區當地遊憩資源相關文獻,卻收穫甚少,是否意味著將軍的景點已開發,但推廣不足?亦或具有潛力的遊憩資源尚未被開發?還是面臨何種問題,導致觀光資源發展不起來?期望透過受訪專家獲取知識及建議。 本研究目的為探討臺南市將軍區觀光資源發展之現況、評估臺南市將軍區遊憩發展面臨現況、探討臺南市將軍區觀光發展策略及方案,透過了解將軍區在地遊憩資源、面臨現況,悉知未來發展如何行動。研究方法則使用深度訪談之方式,並進行後續之編碼分析。 The subject of this study is the development of tourism and recreational resources. Taking the General District of Tainan City as an example, most of the General District in the early days was a first-class agricultural and fish industry. In addition, the scope of the Yunjianan National Scenic Area is very small. Cultural industry activities, such as: General Roar Music Festival, Carrot Festival, Kapok Festival, Asparagus Festival and other activities, but it seems that the promotion and marketing effects are not enough. The number of visitors to most activities does not bring a large number of people, or they just walk by and take pictures . This researcher also searched for literature related to the local recreational resources in the General District, but found very little. Does it mean that the attractions in the General District have been developed, but the promotion is insufficient? Or the potential recreational resources have not yet been developed? Or what kind of problems are they facing, resulting in the inability to develop tourism resources? Expect to gain knowledge and advice from interviewed experts. The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of the development of tourism resources in the General District of Tainan City, evaluate the current situation of the recreational development of the General District of Tainan City, discuss the tourism development strategies and plans of the General District of Tainan City, and learn about the local recreational resources and current situation of the General District of Tainan City. How to act in the future. The research method uses the method of in-depth interview, and conducts subsequent coding analysis.
