    Title: 客家庄與非客家庄國小客語教學現況與困境之分析研究

    Abstract:   本研究旨在探究客家庄與非客家庄國小客語教學現況與困境之實證研究分析,為達研究目的,首先蒐集並閱讀相關資料及文獻,以建立本研究之理論架構,接著採用文獻分析法及深入訪談法等質性方法進行研究,並針對客家庄與非客家庄國小客語教師教學現況與困境編製訪談題目作為研究工具,對2位教學組長、3位客語教師、4位學生及4位家長進行訪談。  根據訪談分析的結果,本研究發現如下:壹、學校推動客語教學的現況研究發現:一、學校在選擇客語老師時應考慮其客語證書、支援教師證書和教學能力。二、客語老師需具備良好的班級經營能力,參加研習有助於提升教學能力。三、客家庄和非客家庄的學校在推動客語教學上有所不同,客家庄學校對客語教學的重視程度較高。四、行政人員會提供教材和設備來協助客語教學,學校行政人員的態度是推動客語教學的關鍵因素之一。貳、客語教師在教學時的現況與困境研究發現:一、學習環境的改變和學習態度消極等困難使得客語教學面臨困境。二、客家庄學校的學生程度較一致,學習環境有益;非客家庄學校的學生程度不一,教師需考慮程度差異。三、客語教學在客家庄的學校更受重視,但客語仍面臨消失的問題。參、客家學童學習客語現況的研究發現:一、學生對學習客語很感興趣,並希望有更多機會使用客語與同學交流。二、學生得到稱讚時,會感到開心和自豪,進一步增強學習動機。三、學生的學習態度對學習客語很重要,有積極態度的學生會取得更好的成績。肆、家庭及學校對學童學習客語影響的研究發現:一、家庭和學校都是學習客語的重要途徑。二、家長普遍認同孩子學習客語可以增加語言能力且在職場上有優勢。三、學生學習客語的環境包括學校、家庭和社區,這會影響學生學習的興趣和動機。
      The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation and challenges of Hakka and non-Hakka elementary schools in teaching Hakka language. To achieve the research objectives, relevant data and literature will be collected and reviewed to establish the theoretical framework of this study. Qualitative methods such as literature analysis and in-depth interviews will be employed for the research. Interview questions will be formulated to investigate the teaching situation and challenges of Hakka language teachers in Hakka and non-Hakka elementary schools. Two instructional team leaders, three Hakka language teachers, four students, and four parents will be interviewed as research participants.  According to the results of the interview analysis, this study has discovered the following:According to the findings of the study on the current situation of promoting Hakka language teaching in schools:1.When selecting Hakka language teachers, schools should consider their Hakka language certification, teaching support certification, and teaching abilities.2.Hakka language teachers should possess good classroom management skills, and participating in workshops contributes to enhancing their teaching abilities.3.There are differences in promoting Hakka language teaching between Hakka and non-Hakka schools, with Hakka schools showing a higher level of emphasis on Hakka language instruction.4.Administrative staff provide teaching materials and equipment to assist Hakka language instruction, and the attitude of school administrators is one of the key factors in promoting Hakka language teaching.According to the findings of the study on the current situation and challenges of Hakka language teaching:1.The difficulties arising from changes in the learning environment and negative learning attitudes pose challenges to Hakka language teaching.2.Students in Hakka-speaking communities' schools have relatively consistent language proficiency levels and beneficial learning environments. In non-Hakka-speaking communities' schools, students' proficiency levels vary, requiring teachers to consider these differences.3.Hakka language teaching is more valued in schools located in Hakka-speaking communities, but the Hakka language still faces the issue of disappearing. According to the findings of the study on the current status of Hakka language learning among Hakka students:1.Students show a strong interest in learning Hakka and express a desire for more opportunities to use their mother tongue to communicate with their peers.2.Students feel happy and proud when they receive praise, which further enhances their motivation to learn.3.Students' learning attitudes play a crucial role in their Hakka language learning. Students with a positive attitude achieve better academic results.According to the findings of the study on the influence of family and school on Hakka language learning among students:1.Both the family and the school play important roles as pathways for learning Hakka.2.Parents generally recognize that their children learning Hakka can enhance their language abilities and provide advantages in the job market.3.The learning environment for students to learn Hakka includes the school, family, and community, which influences students' interest and motivation in learning.
