    Abstract: 清代詩學出現了極為明顯的折中趨尚，其原因最重要的是有鑒於明代詩壇黨同伐異，各立門庭之弊病，於是清人反思明代詩壇流弊起始，上溯影響流弊之灶因，然後揚長去短，別開生面地建立其一家之言的詩學體系。而在反思明代詩壇流弊的過程中，滄浪詩學也成為清人借力使力的重要對象之一；清人為何擇取滄浪詩學以為討論的對象？滄浪詩學在清人批評理論系統中有何重要意義？即是本文探討的重點。
