    Abstract: 在911事件後，所召開之第四屆（2002年）及第五屆（2004年）亞歐會議，針對反恐議程，有譴責國際恐怖主義、以聯合憲章及決議為基礎、反恐擴及其他形式、需跨文明及文化對話等重點，並且擬定短中長期行動。第四屆會議以《反對國際恐怖主義合作宣言》的形式表明亞歐會議反恐的決心。第五屆會議則以主席聲明方式呈現，關心區域政治與國際安全，限制大規模毀滅武器的擴散，並持續反對恐怖主義。
