Abstract:	中國在90年代以後，外交運作從過去的雙邊主義走向多邊主義，而歐盟與東盟則是中國多邊主義運作的重要對象。其中歐盟本身即是多邊主義的重要實踐者，也是目前全球積極推動多邊主義的重鎮，中國與歐盟關係的發展不僅具有多邊意涵，在戰略上同時具有政治、經濟等層面的具體效應。本文便是企圖從多邊主義角度切入，解構中國改採多邊主義的目的，進而分析在多邊主義的引導下，中國與歐盟關係如何發展？中國從中獲取什麼樣的利益？中歐面臨什麼衝突？最後，對中國的多邊主義作為與對歐盟關係未來發展做一評估。
