    Abstract: 非營利組織不同於一般企業,「非利益」的經營目標一直侷限了組織對外的溝通方式與行銷手段,以致於長久以來在形象宣傳或產品推銷上未能達到良好成效。非營利組織如何轉借企業形象設計的概念與原則,以有效的策略與定位來發展創新的視覺設計為組織發聲,將非營利組織有形產品與無形的理念推廣給大眾、與支持者建立長期且信賴的溝通機制。本研究將藉由非營利組織特性的了解,歸納其組織形象設計目標與設計原則,如何執行有效的溝通與設計思考之全方位形象設計運用。
