摘要: | 面臨資訊科技快速發展與網路分享知識平台全球化的來臨,現今企業已邁入知識經濟時代,因此,知識分享將是未來企業致勝的利器。本研究採用人類行為意圖最為廣泛接受的理論,作為本研究系統中的基礎模型架構,並且回顧過去知識分享的相關文獻,找出幾項外生變數,例如影響學習態度、主觀規範及認知行為控制之間的設計考量關係,並透過結構方程式模式,來驗證計畫行為理論模式是否適用於本研究系統並加入系統架構中。在系統設計內容需求方面是以員工需求為主,就相關部門、主題和學習分門別類,將常見的問題作為解答,集合了各部門的意見以供職員參考,在影響態度學習方面,則透過行為理論做一個控制主觀規範機制的考量,期望在知識分享實務方面,可藉由知識分享系統為企業帶來最大的利益。 Due to the rapid development of information technology, network platform of sharing knowledge, and the globalization, enterprises have been entered the age of knowledge economy. Therefore, knowledge sharing will be a key tool for business future success. In this study, we will take the intention of human behavior, which was the most widely accepted theory, as the base model of the system architecture, and review the literature of knowledge sharing related to identify several exogenous variables, such as the relationship of the design considerations between the affection of learning attitude, subjective norms, cognitive behavior control, and through structural equation model, to verify if the Theory of Planned Behavior model is suitable to be applied to the research system and to join the system architecture.The content of system design is based on the main demand for workers, which are depended on the relevant sectors, and classifies different categories based on themes and learning, and then to take the response to common problems as solutions bringing the views of various departments together for staff can be referenced. In the influencing of the attitude of learning, behavior theory is a subjective norm to be a control mechanism for consideration, which could hope that the practical aspects of knowledge sharing by knowledge sharing system for the best interests of enterprises. |
