    Abstract: 近年來，政府積極推行觀光產業，國人也愈來愈重視休閒活動。除政府機關的推行，民間企業也積極努力經營遊樂區與提昇住宿品質，促使國內各景點旅遊人次成長，進而直接或間接影響到國內飯店（旅館）的住房狀況。本研究基於訂房業務相關業者在成本考量及消費者需求、習慣轉變之前提下，以結合資訊科技拓展新的訂房通路以提昇其競爭力，再運用線上旅遊最適排程服務以達成差異化及客製化服務以提昇顧客價值。
