    Abstract: 現今的「微利時代」,消費者荷包緊縮,盲目的行銷活動將嚴重影響企業獲利的能力。銀行為爭奪有限的客源,除投入大量的行銷成本以刺激消費外,亦不斷的以各種方案,讓此大眾化的行銷方式不僅造成行銷資源的浪費,回應率也不高,更衍生逾繳帳款等信用風險問題。金融之成敗最重視的是信用風險控管能力,能精準掌握客戶風險的變化,利用資料探勘的自我學習能力,可及時反應出變化,減少可能的呆帳損失。
