本研究主要目的,在發展學前幼兒為體驗對象之親職壓力體驗課程。並使用半結構式訪談,訪問二位母親,於2010年5月及7月進行訪談,瞭解其懷孕期間及生產後之生活狀況與壓力,並以訪談結果作為發展課程內容之基礎。課程研發與實施以研究團隊方式進行,核心團隊共5人,進行每週之討論會,另有園所帶班教師為協同合作者,協助教案及教學現場之建議。課程依訪談結果規劃出五大單元分別為:我要當媽媽了、寶寶洗澎澎、愛的哭體驗、媽媽不要走、媽媽小幫手。課程實施對象以嘉義縣大林鎮托大班學童為對象,學生數22人。課程以連續2.5週,每週2次方式進行,共進行5次,於2010年11月完成。透過參與幼兒、帶班教師的訪談回饋以及研究團隊的自我反思,結果顯示課程的改進建議為:(1)懷孕狀況的體驗活動應先於正式課程;(2)幼兒洗澡的照顧教導應簡化步驟並發展教學口訣;(3)愛的哭體驗中,體驗母親作息受寶寶哭鬧的干擾,可教導幼兒從探索寶寶的需求開始;(4)教導幼兒協助及體驗家事的重複性,並成為母親的支持者;(5)教導幼兒學習舒解母親的壓力技巧,需重視學習成效可以分組競賽方式進行較佳。 The purpose of this study was to develop a series of novice mother's parenting stress experiential learning lessons for preschoolers. Semi-structured interviews were conducted in May and July of 2011 with two novice mothers for understanding novice mother's living status and stress during pregnancy and after giving birth. The interview results constructed five dimensions of the lessons: being a novice mother, baby washing, baby crying, baby good-bye, and mother's helper. The development and implementation of the lessons were through weekly team discussions and preschool lead teachers' teaching assistance and suggestions, as cooperators. Twenty-two preschoolers from a preschool of Chia-I, Da-Lin were the targets. The lessons were conducted respectively for two and half weeks and finished in November 2010. Through analyzing the feedback of preschoolers and preschool teachers and the research team members' self-reflection, the results showed the future lessons could be improved by the following suggestions: (1) experiencing the feeling of pregnancy before the official promotion courses; (2) simplifying instructions and creating pithy formula for baby bathing caring; (3) teaching preschoolers to explore baby's needs for maintaining mother's daily regular routine and learn to give thanks as well as praises to her; (4) using repeated house works helps preschoolers become a good helper for mothers; (5) teaching preschoolers how to help mother release their presure; and using group competition to improve preschoolers' above skills.
