    Abstract: 這是屏東縣山地鄉山地村排灣族人的口笛演奏。在排灣族的社會當中吹管樂器有幾種主要的類型，除了口笛外還有鼻笛。縱笛分單管與雙管，以五孔最常見，排灣族較為盛行。縱笛本來是獵首英雄或部落頭目才能吹奏的樂器，但是隨著社會風氣的開放，後來演變成年輕人向情人傾訴情意的樂器。從這位演奏者的服飾上可以看出，他應該是屬與貴族或頭目家族，因為的服飾上繡滿了百步蛇跟人頭的圖文。
