    Abstract: 這是台北孔廟祭孔儀式當中所使用的瑟。在型制上，色的外型類似於古箏，它有燕柱，將琴弦張在琴身上面，然後撥弦發聲。目前這樣的樂器已經不常在音樂演奏的場合當中出現，已經可以說被古箏所取代。瑟：二十三絃（一說二十五絃）。傳說庖犧氏作瑟，本為五絃，黃帝使素女鼓之，哀不自勝，乃破為二十五絃。宋代作瑟，以桐木為背，以梓木為腹。瑟在古代，象徵「閉」的意思，也就是要平息人的憤怒和興起的欲望，以端正人的道德。屬於絲音（琴、瑟）
