    Abstract: 這是呂炳川教授在民國68年到東南亞做田野考察的時候所做的記錄之一，這是新加坡的天福宮，是一個祭拜媽祖的廟。因為新加坡是一個華人為主的地區，所以在當地還保存著很多中國傳統宗教信仰的場合。從廟宇的莊嚴、宏偉的外觀跟整體設計，可以看的出來傳統宗教在華人地區受重視的地位。
