本研究主要目的：在於探討雲嘉南地區體育教師觀賞運動媒介使用動機與滿意度之關聯性。本研究受試對象為雲嘉南地區國中體育教師，共發放300份問卷，回收有效問卷229份，有效量表回收率為76.63%。並以t考驗、單因子變異數分析及典型相關等統計方法進行驗證分析，本研究結果如下所述：一、不同性別體育教師觀賞運動媒介使用動機有差異存在，在「獲得資訊」層面，顯示男性教師高於女性教師。二、不同擔任職務體育教師觀賞運動媒介使用動機有差異存在，在「個人偏好」層面顯示主任低於導師及專任教師。三、不同擔任職務體育教師觀賞運動媒介滿意度有差異存在，在「觀賞滿意度」層面顯示組長高於主任。四、雲嘉南地區體育教師觀賞運動媒介使用動機與滿意度有關聯性存在。 The purpose of this research was to investigate the correlation of using motivation and satisfaction which the PE teachers who were in junior high schools in Yunlin, Chaiyi and Tainan watched the sporting medias. The samples were the PE teachers in Yunlin, Chaiyi and Tainan. A total of 300 questionnaires were sent out and 239 valid questionnaires were received. The response rate of valid questionnaires was 76.33%. The t-test, one-way ANOVA, canonical analysis and other statistics were used to analyze the collected date. The findings of this study are stated as follows: first, there were difference in using motivation of medium of PE teachers watch sport media between male and female. The teachers of male had a higher motivation than female in Receive Information. Second, there were different in using motivation of medium of PE teachers watch sport media among different position. The teachers of director had a lower motivation than teachers of grade and teachers of full-time in Personal preference. Third, there were different in satisfaction of medium of PE teachers watch sport media among different position. The section chiefs are higher than director teachers in Watch satisfaction. Fourth, the significant correlation between using motivation and satisfaction was obtained.
