本研究旨在探討嘉義市國小教師知覺少子化影響與工作壓力之相關性。本研究首先探討國小教師知覺少子化影響與工作壓力的現況分析,其次比較不同背景變項在知覺少子化影響與工作壓力之差異情形,最後再分析兩者之相關情形。 本研究以嘉義市國小教師為對象,採用問卷調查法及分層隨機抽樣方式進行,所得資料以平均數、標準差、單因子變異數分析和皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法進行分析,主要結論如下: 一、嘉義市國民小學教師知覺少子化影響現況屬於高程度,以「知覺學生、家長層面影響」的感受程度最高。二、嘉義市國民小學教師工作壓力現況屬於高程度,以「工作負荷」層面的感受程度最高。三、嘉義市規模較小學校之國民小學教師知覺少子化影響感受程度較高。四、嘉義市規模25-36班以下、級任、教師兼行政之國民小學教師工作壓力較大。五、嘉義市國小教師知覺少子化影響與工作壓力呈現中等正相關,顯示知覺少子化影響感受程度越高,教師工作壓力越大。 針對以上結論,本研究對教育行政機關、學校、教師提出相關建議如下:壹、對教育行政機關的建議 。一、降低班級人數,提高教師編制。二、重新規劃學區,調整學校規模。三、整合相關宣導、比賽活動,簡化評鑑制度。四、明確制訂超額教師處理政策。貳、對學校單位的建議一、結合社區資源,發展學校特色二、給予老師行政上的支持參、對教師的建議:一、參與進修研習,提升教師專業知能二、與家長建立良好的互動 This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the perception of low birthrate impacts and work pressures of elementary school teachers in Chiayi City. First, the declining birthrate affects the status and work pressures which the elementary school teachers perceived was described. Then, the difference and relevance between different background variables in perception of declining birthrate and work pressures were compared and discussed respectively. The object of this study was the elementary school teachers in Chiayi City and questionnaires and stratified random sampling were conducted. Besides, the resulting data was analyzed by following statistics: standard deviation, the number of single- factor analysis of variance, and correlation Pearson statistical methods. For the object of the elementary school teachers in Chiayi City, the main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. Perceiving the highest degree on declining birthrate, the degree on perceptions of students and parents is more obviously.2. Has high degree of work pressure and the highest perceived degree level is "working burden".3. The smaller size the school is, the higher degree the perception of declining birthrate is.4. Teachers of the class size between 25 and 36, homeroom teachers or with administrative work make them feel more stressed out.5. A medium positive relationship between the perceived declining birthrate and work pressure. This means the higher impact the perception of declining birthrate is, the more work pressure the teachers feel. The conclusions of this study will be made for education administration authorities, schools and teachers, and also for the future researches. For education administration authorities:1. Reducing class sizes and increasing the number of teachers on regular staff.2. Re-planning the school district and adjusting school size. 3. Integration related advocacy, competitions, and simplifying evaluation system.4. Making policy on surplus teachers For school:1. Synergizing community resources and developing special curriculum.2. Supporting teachers with administrative system.For teachers:1. Participating in continuing education and enhancing professional knowledge.2. Interacting well with students’ parents.
