    Abstract:   本研究旨在探討台中市豐原區國民中學教師在兼任行政職國中教師工作壓力與因應策略之探討及其影響因素,為使本研究獲致更具體的研究成果,為使達到其目,研究者除乃依據研究目的並參考相關文獻,亦採用問卷調查方式以台中市豐原區之四所國民中學101學年度兼任行政職教師67人為樣本,回收問卷67份,有效問卷共67份,回收率100%。   依據問卷調查統計分析之結果加以綜合歸納彙整,將研究之主要發現做成以下結論。壹、台中市豐原區國中兼任行政職教師背景變項與工作壓力感受差異 分析。一、台中市豐原區不同婚姻狀況的國民中學兼任行政職務教師工作壓力有 所不同;未婚兼任行政職務教師工作壓力大於己婚兼任行政職務教師。二、台中市豐原區不同學校規模的國民中學兼任行政職務教師工作壓力有所不同;學校規模在54班以上者工作壓力小於27-53班的學校。貳、台中市豐原區國中兼任行政職教師背景變項與因應策略之分析。一、台中市豐原區不同婚姻狀況的國民中學兼任行政職務教師工作壓力因應策略有所不同;未婚兼任行政職務教師工作壓力因應策略大於己婚兼任行政職務教師。二、台中市不同學校規模的國民中學兼任行政職務教師工作壓力因應策略有所不同;學校規模在54班以上者工作壓力因應策略小於27-53班的學校。
      This study investigates job stress of junior high school teachers who have simultaneously performed administrative duties in Fengyuan District, Taichung City under the 12-year compulsory education system and the influencing factors. To get more concrete results for this study, questionnaire survey was adopted in this study by drawing a sample of 67 teachers who have performed administrative duties simultaneously in 2012 school year from four junior high schools in Fengyuan District, Taichung City in accordance with study purpose and related literatures. A total of 67 questionnaires were collected, and a total number of 67 valid questionnaires were obtained that made up effective recycling rate of 100%.   Based on the generalized results of statistical analysis of the questionnaire survey, conclusions derived from research findings of this study are given below:I. Analyze background variables of junior high school teachers who have performed administrative duties simultaneously in Fengyuan District, Taichung City and the differences in their perceived job stress.1. Different marital status of junior high school teachers who have simultaneously performed administrative duties in Fengyuan District, Taichung City contributes to their job stress; levels of job stress of single teachers who have simultaneously performed administrative duties are higher than those of married teachers.2. Differences in job stress of Junior high school teachers who have performed administrative duties simultaneously in Fengyuan District, Taichung City can be attributed to different school sizes, while levels of job stress of these teachers who have taught in schools that have at least 54 classes are lower than those of teachers who have taught in schools that have 27~53 classes.II. Analyze the background variables of junior high school teachers who have performed administrative duties simultaneously and their coping strategies in Fengyuan District of Taichung City.1. Differences in job stress coping strategies of junior high school teachers who have performed administrative duties simultaneously in Fengyuan District of Taichung City can be attributed to these teachers’ different marital status; single teachers who have performed administrative duties simultaneously have higher job stress coping strategy than that of married teachers.2. Job stress coping strategies of junior high school teachers who have performed administrative duties simultaneously in Fengyuan District of Taichung City differ due to different sizes of schools where these teachers have taught; job stress coping strategies of these teachers who have taught in schools that have at least 54 classes are lower than those of teachers who have taught in schools that have 27~53 classes.
