本研究目的旨在瞭解幼兒教師健康促進生活型態之現況,並探討其背景變項與健康促進生活型態的關係及健康促進生活型態預測因子。以任教於台中市立案之公私立幼兒園教師為研究對象,採分層隨機抽樣方式抽取833份有效樣本。研究結論如下:一、幼兒教師之健康促進生活型態表現居於中上程度,在各層面以人際支持得分最高,其他依序為自我實現、壓力管理、健康責任、飲食行為、運動。二、不同年齡、任教年資及自覺健康狀況之幼兒教師其在整體健康促進生活型態達顯著差異。三、教師年齡、任教年資及自覺健康狀況可以共同預測健康促進生活型態。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of health promoting lifestyle in early childhood teachers. It explored the relation with variables and the predictors of the health promoting lifestyles. The researcher designed scale to measure the levels of health promoting lifestyle of the early childhood teachers. Among the teachers working in both public and private kindergartens in Taichung City, stratified random sampling was used to sample the teachers, and the effective samples collected were 833. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, as well as multiple regression analyses. The findings of this study are as follows: 1. Generally speaking, the health promoting lifestyle of the teachers was medium to slightly above medium. Among all the dimensions, the dimension of interpersonal support was the highest level of health promoting lifestyle. It was followe by self-fulfillment, stress management, health responsibility, dietary behavior and exercise.2. The variables that were sampled regarding the early childhood teachers’ backgrounds include age, teaching experience, and perceived health status. There were significant differences between these variables in relationship with health promoting lifestyle. It is found that teachers’ age, teaching experience, and perceived health status variables could predict one’s health promoting lifestyle.
