摘要: | 外籍配偶嫁入台灣家庭後,她們擔負起生育、照顧老公、侍候公婆或照料全家的家務工作,面對著需克服語言問題及文化與生活上的適應落差,在照顧與養育下一代之品質上,逐漸被視為潛在社會問題。當其家庭經濟上遭遇變故,其可能外出工作,成為勞動市場成員,以解決經濟問題。基於此,本研究以外籍配偶之工作權及就業安全為範圍,探討外籍配偶勞動權益問題。本文採用文獻分析探究法,研究發現:外籍新娘係現今臺灣社會經濟活動下所造成之社會特殊現象,它解決了國內從事勞力産業工作男性之結婚問題,但也因此衝擊出臺灣傳統社會中以前未曾發生之社會現象─語言、飲食、文化、宗教等混雜問題孕育而生。政府部門需正視此一社會問題,同時外籍配偶勞動權益保障問題亦需一併加以考量,以整體性規劃方式來解決他們的工作權和就業安全問題。 Foreign spouses married into families in Taiwan, they assume fertility, to take care of her husband, and which waited on her in-laws or domestic work to take care of the whole family, which face the need to overcome language problems and gap of cultural life adaptation, the quality of care and nurturing the next generation, that are increasingly seen as a potential social problems. Based on this, the range fort his study is mainly to work rights and employment security, to explore the labor rights of foreign spouses.In this paper,that uses literature analysis approach, the research found, that the special social phenomenon for foreign spouses brides Department of social and economic activities in Taiwan today, it engaged in domestic labor industry working men marry problem, but it produces the impact of the traditional Taiwanese society has not been social phenomenon occurring ─ language, food, culture, religion, and other mixed breeds. Government departments are required to address this social problem, while the foreign spouses of labor rights protection issues also need to be considered together to address them, within a holistic planning approach to solve their work rights and employment security . |
