摘要: | 有人說圖書是閱讀的工具,而閱讀就是培養品德的「鑰匙」。一個國家閱讀活動的發展,不僅關係著該國之教育、社會與經濟的發展,同時也影響到整個民族素質良劣。以說故事推動閱讀運動的故事媽媽們之行為及動機,少有研究討論,或是加以記錄、探討作有系統的整理。因此,本研究旨在找出讓故事媽媽無怨無悔付出心血的原因,探討影響故事媽媽角色扮演的重要因素分析,提供未來研究者參考使用。 為架構故事媽媽角色扮演重要因素評估指標與逹到研究目的,本研究透過參考次級資料、文獻整理與專家訪談,以修正式德菲法(Modificd Delphi)進行專家問卷,初期擬定了8個構面36個子項目為評估指標,於第一回合的專家問卷完成後,依專家建議另增加1個構面4個子項目評估指標,再進行第二回合問卷調查,完成權重比較,確認各評估指標分析,求得相關因素的權重與排序。 本研究的專家問卷對象以國小老師、故事媽媽領袖群與各大出版社資深主編及企劃人員為主,運用此三類與故事媽媽熟識、或是實際操作,或長期觀察、配合故事媽媽活動的專家們來協助問卷回覆及衡量指標。資料統整結果,在問卷第一部分,故事媽媽角色扮演「個人應有準備」權重排序前三個指標項目(共四個)分別為:「故事人核心價值」、「熟練故事說演口語及技巧」、「閱讀推廣種子」、「對孩子的愛心與耐心」;而問卷第二部分,故事媽媽角色扮演「個人應有行為」之權重排序前三個指標項目分別為:「與孩子互動的技巧」、「學習熱情持續與保持」、「與聽故事的孩子溝通、協調」、「現場氛圍掌握」。 People say that books are keys and the reading is the key for developing the moral character. The development of a country's reading activities not only relates to the educational, social and economic development but also affects the quality of the whole nation. In the cities and counties of Taiwan, numerous mothers use the storytelling method to promote the movement of reading silently. They work very hard and dedicate themselves to this career, but there are few studies to discuss Stroymamas' behavior or motivation for further recording, studying and systematic classification. Therefore, this study focused on Stroymama's performance and the key factors analysis. The purposes are to find the reason for their hard working role and to analyze the weights in the key factors for the sake of future researcher's use and reference. To build the assessing indicators in the key factors on Stroymama's performance and to achieve the study purpose, this research used references, the secondary reference materials, data documents and expert interviews, supported by a Revised Delphi Method to conduct questionnaires. Initially, eight (8) dimensions and thirty six (36) minor subjects were drawn up to evaluate the assessing indicators. After the completion of the first round of professional questionnaires, according to returned feedback, one (1) dimension and four (4) minor subjects were added to the assessing indicators. Then the second round of questionnaires were proceeded and the weight comparison were cpmpleted. Finally, to confirm the assessing indicators in the weight analysis and got the weights and orders that contributed by the key factors.These professional study questionnaires were mainly sent to elementary school teachers, the actual group leaders of Stroymama and the senior domestic publishers, chiefeditor and senior planers. Using these three groups of people, the Stroymama, or the actual operation or long term observations with the support of the experts to assist in the questionnaire replies to evaluate the assessing indicators and obtaine the survey results. This study revealed that, in the first part of the questionnaire; the top three (3) indicators (actually 4 because there are two that have the same weights 158 and 158) for Stroymama to perform well, the individuals should be prepared to have: 1. The core value (weight 158), 2. Skilled storytelling ability and technique (weight 158) , 3. The desire to incubate reading seeds (weight 157), 4. The love and patience for the children (weight 154). The second part of the questionnaire; the top three (3) indicators (actually 4 because two of them have the same weights 157 and 157) for Stroymama to perform well, the individuals should have the following qualities: 1.The ability of interaction with the children (weight 166), 2. Keep on and Maintain the passion for learning (weight 158), 3. Communicate and coordinate with the children who come and listen to the stories (weight 157), 4. The control ability of the atmosphere (weight 157). |
