本文有感於幸福企業實為時代之潮流,然幸福不能寄望空談,更不能寄望每個經營者都有良善之心。如何為幸福企業的經營及治理,尋求法理上的基礎,使幸福企業成為企業經營之常軌,實為本文研究之目的。本文有感於此,乃以公司治理為核心,從公司對內部員工的承擔責任以及公司對國家社會的承擔責任等兩個內外觀點出發,並舉臺灣最新發生之案例,以幸福企業為思考角度,佐以我國公司法上董事忠實義務的具體落實,談公司治理的社會責任。 Best companies to work for are the trend. But, the happiness of best companies can’t rely on empty talk or the goodness of business owners. How to seek the legal basis of best companies to work for, and make it become the norm are the research purposes of my article. The corporate governance is the core in this article.
