    Abstract:   百年來最大的九二一地震,造成重大災難,卻也激發了國人愛家、愛鄉、愛社區的情操,社區民眾在重建社區時,無論是外來的或在地的非營利組織協助該社區站起來之後,當地社區居民有感於「天助、人助、自助」之重要性,於是,紛紛成立「社區型非營利組織」,如雨後春筍般逐漸茁壯成長,但面對有限的資源,一群有理想、具有使命感的人,如何發展組織?朝預定目標邁進?使其永續經營,其產業化乃成為刻不容緩的議題,本研究目的,乃在探討九二一地震重建社區之非營利組織如何產業化?其與其他非營利組織之互動、網路關係;其在社區產業化之過程、其推動時遭遇之困難及未來發展趨勢或願景,讓當地社區重新站立起來,進而永續經營。「經營模式」將是未來「社區型非營利事業」發展的重要課程,本研究提供國內四個社區型非營利事業單位-石岡傳統美食文化推廣協會、中寮植物染文教協會、小半天發展促進會、中寮鄉和興有機文化協會,從成立以至永續發展的經驗供作參考。  針對前項重點進行研究分析,獲得以下結論:一、社區居民共識的建立二、選擇觀摩對象,以求進步發展三、慎選合作夥伴,共同分擔成本四、善用策略聯盟,提昇競爭能力五、掌握門當戶對,共同舉辦活動六、避免惡性競爭,爭取外部資源七、追求共同目標,達成互補需求
      The biggest 921 earthquakes in hundred years created the significant disaster, actually also stimulated people to love our family, to love our town, and to love community's sentiment. When the community populace reconstructed the community, regardless of external or local non-profit organization both establish "the non profit community organization" to assist this community to stand up, because they are aware of the importance of “God help ones who help himself “. However, to face the limited resources, how these people who have the ideal, and the sense of mission to develop the organization and meet the goal? And to operate the team continuously, so to be industrialized become the urgent subject. The goal of this research is to discuss how the non-profit organization of 921 earthquakes reconstruction community to be industrialized? Its interaction with other non-profit organization, the network relationship; its process of industrialization, its difficulty and future when developing and making the local community to re-standup and will continue the management. "The management pattern" will be the future important development curriculum of "the community non profit organization”. This research provides the domestic four non profit communities reference from development to establish the experience of management continuously- Shi-Gang tradition food culture promotion association, Chung-Liao plant dyes the culture and education association, Small development association, Chung-Liao county and organic cultural association. We got the conclusion below according to the research and analysis of previous key points: 1. The community inhabitant establishes mutual recognition.2. Choose the observation object, and to develop progressively. 3. Choose the partner carefully, and share the cost together.4. Use the alliance strategy correctly, and increase competitive ability.5. Control properly matched, and held the activities together.6. Avoid the malignant competition, and strive for external resources.7. Pursue the same goal, and achieve the supplementary demand
