    摘要:   由於非營利組織的蓬勃發展,社會資源的提供遠超過社會需求的增加,非營利組織開始面臨一個複雜的競爭,面對國家、市場、非營利組織及家庭社區等四個部門之間,各自發展與互動所產生的壓力與難題,非營利組織產業化的經營,可說是解決這些壓力與難題而發展出的策略。非營利組織開始建立與本身願景相關的營利事業,一方面期望達到經費自主,另一方面實現使命及願景,這類型新的組織形態稱之為社會企業。   從文獻中發現:在歐美,社會企業的概念逐漸被非營利組織、商業部門與政府的重視,有許多研究機構與非營利組織累積了產業化的發展經驗,也建立了知識體系。而在國內非營利組織對於社會企業的概念,雖然陌生,但目前已有一些非營利組織投入產業化的經營。當非營利組織正式成為市場的一部份時,營利活動是否會影響到組織的文化、架構、宗旨及整體運作?非營利組織如何準備加入市場?如何面對市場及企業化經營管理所帶來的新挑戰?都是台灣非營利組織產業化必須思考的議題。   本研究經由長期第一手實地觀察、資料分析與深度訪談,來瞭解非營利組織產業化的模式與方法。藉由深度訪談新港文教基金會經營之新港客廳,從社會資本的聯結、政府社區總體營造政策的產業發展方案、到新港客聽的規劃策略、產品、行銷、人力資源等經營管理方式,與實施產業化後對組織本身帶來的問題與挑戰,經由以上幾個面向探討非營利組織產業化後對新港社區所帶來的影響。非營利組織產業化是否能結合國家政策中的地方產業發展,營造非營利組織與社區發展的雙贏?非營利組織在創造有產值的服務或商品時,能否與當地社區公共利益結合,帶動社區發展,同時「生成」及「轉化」為有利「公共財」生產的社會資本?是本論文深入探討的議題。
      The burgeoning development of non-profit organizations has caused supply of social resources far in excess of social needs. In the process, non-profit organizations have begun to face a quite complex competition, facing pressures and difficulties generated from independent development and interactivity among such four sectors as nation, market, non-profit organization and family community. Enterprising operation is therefore the only alternative strategy to solving these pressures and difficulties. As a result, non-profit organizations have begun to set up profit-seeking business related to their own vision, hoping to achieve financial independence on the one hand and, on the other hand, to materialize the assigned mission and vision. We call these sorts of new organization type social enterprise.   From available documents, we have discovered that the notion of social enterprise has gradually drawn the attention of the commercial and government sectors. At the same time, many research institutions and non-profit organizations have accumulated the experience of enterprise development by setting up the knowledge system. At the home front, despite the notion of social enterprise is rather new to non-profit organizations, some non-profit organizations have already started to move toward the direction of enterprising operation. When a non-profit organization formally becomes a part of the market, could its profit-seeking activities affect its organizational culture, architecture, objective and overall operation? How a non-profit organization prepares to enter the marketplace? How to face the new challenge brought upon by the market and entrepreneurial operation and management? These issues all require prudent thinking of non-profit organizations in Taiwan in the process of enterprising.   This research has been conducted by long-term first-hand on-site observation, analysis of information and in-depth interview to understand the enterprising model and method of non-profit organizations. In particular, this research relies on the in-depth interview of Hsin-Kang Guest House managed by Hsin-Kang Foundation of Cultural & Educational. The issues involved range from correlation of social capital to the industrial development project under the government community empowering program to the planning strategy and operation and management methods of products, marketing and human resources of Hsin-Kang Guest House to the problems and challenges toward the organization brought upon by the implementation of enterprising. Through the many above-mentioned aspects, this research explores the probable impact that the post-enterprise non-profit organization has brought upon Hsin-Kang Community. Can enterprising of non-profit organizations combine local industrial development projects of the national policy to build up a win-win position for non-profit organizations and community development? When the non-profit organizations create services or merchandises that carry a price tag, can the non-profit organizations join the public interest of local community to bring about community development, creating simultaneously "growth" and "transformation" of social capital beneficial to the "public property"? Those are the issues that this research has been trying hard and deep to explore.
