    摘要: 　　本研究旨在探討社區居民之社區營造員角色期望、社區意識、居民參與公共事務態度與社區總體營造實施成效之關係。根據實證分析結果，並提出相關建議，分別對有心投入社區總體營造工作的社區及居民、政府部門、民間組織及專業輔導團隊、社區營造員，以及後續研究提出具體建議，期有利於推動社區工作上之因應與調整，研擬出對應策略，對社區未來發展及方向能有更明確的定位。　　　本研究係採量化為主、質化為輔之研究方法，針對文獻探討歸納研究變項，設計適切問卷發放，並將有效回收樣本進行次數分配表、T檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson相關分析法、迴歸分析及徑路分析等統計分析，逐一釐清居民之社造員角色期望、社區意識、居民參與公共事務態度、以及社區總體營造實施成效之相關性及影響性。經實證結果發現：1.不同身份及不同縣市的居民於社區意識有顯著差異；2.居民參與總體營造的時間對於總體營造實施成效有顯著差異；3.居住縣市之不同於總體營造實施成效有顯著差異；4.社造員角色期望、社區意識、居民參與公共事務態度與社區總體營造實施成效顯著正相關；5.社造員角色期望、社區意識及居民參與公共事務態度有正向顯著影響；6.社區意識與社區總體營造實施成效有顯著正向影響。
    　　The purpose of this research was to find out the relationship among the role expectation of community builders, community consciousness and the implementation effectiveness of overall community building. According to the results of experimental analysis, concrete suggestions would be proposed to whom intend to participate in overall community building in terms of communities, residents, governmental sectors, private organizations, professional guiding teams and community builders as well as for a follow-up research. Furthermore, they were expected to be beneficial for the adaptation and adjustment of community building and the definite community development strategies in future. 　　　This research was conducted mainly by quantitative research with qualitative research as an auxiliary tool. The variables derived from literature review were applied to develop a well-designed questionnaire. The valid data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test analysis, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, regression and path analysis to verify the relationship among the role of community builders, community consciousness and the implementation effectiveness of overall community building. 　　　Results found in this study were as follows: 1. There was a significant difference in community consciousness among the residents with various identities and different regions. 2. A significant difference in the implementation effectiveness of overall community building was associated with the differences in time to join in overall community building among the residents. 3. A significant difference in the implementation effectiveness of overall community building was found among the residents from different regions. 4. There was a significantly positive relationship among the role of community builders, community consciousness and the implementation effectiveness of overall community building. 5. The role expectation of community builders and community consciousness had positively influences on overall community building. 6. The community consciousness had positively influences on overall community building implementation effectiveness.
