Abstract:	人類社會歷經農業革命和工業革命的洗禮，雖然生活水平大為提升，但是卻遇到更嚴重的生存危機，如：人口爆炸、氣候變遷、自然資源的退化…等等。因此，必須尋求一種新的經濟發展模式，以確保經濟、環境和社會三大系統的協調發展，使人類社會能夠朝向永續發展的進程。　　　為此，世界環境與發展委員會首次提出「永續發展」的觀念。透過不斷地反思與經驗的積累，逐漸意識到「永續發展」將是人類面臨未來生存危機的解決之道。1992年地球高峰會提出「二十一世紀議程」作為全球永續發展行動藍圖，各國相繼制定與實施國家永續發展戰略。本研究透過掌握國際社會永續發展戰略的整體態勢下，並對中國大陸永續發展戰略做個案分析，最後提出永續發展的影響和未來趨勢。　　The human society has been facing a severe test of the Agricultural Revolution and the Industrial Revolution. The living standard is getting better, but it will encounter with more serious challenge of survival crisis, such as the population explosion, the climate change, the degeneration of natural resource, and so on. Therefore, it has to search a new pattern of economical development to guaranteeing the three systems coordinated development of the economic, the environment and the social. It enables the human society to face the advancement of sustainable development.　　　Thus, it is the first time to propose the idea of “Sustainable Development” by the World Commission on Environment and Development. It will be conscious gradually that the “Sustainable Development” is a way out for the humanity facing a survival crisis in the future by introspection unceasingly and the experience accumulation. The Earth Summit proposed the “Agenda 21” in 1992, and it is a curious action blueprint for the whole world sustainable development. Each of countries enactment and enforce the sustainable development strategy one after another. In this study, I’ll try to penetrate to grip of sustainable development strategy of international society as a whole, make an analysis to the sustainable development strategy of China, and finally advance the influence and the tendency of the sustainable development in the future.
