本研究旨在探討嬰兒家長選擇托嬰模式與場域的考量因素之研究，首先，以隨機抽樣方式，對雙北市地區嬰幼兒家長進行問卷調查，正式問卷共發放394份問卷，實際回收有效問卷比例為91.87％(362份)。蒐集樣本資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等方法來進行統計分析。 本研究發現如下：嬰幼兒家長對托育場域之「專業性」、「互動性」、「安全性」、「需求性」均達高度同意度，並且以安全性是被家長認為最為重要的考量因素。此外，嬰兒家長的教育程度、職業對委外照顧原因有顯著差異。不同嬰兒家長的背景變項對資訊來源沒有顯著差異。嬰兒家長的教育程度、嬰兒年齡對選擇嬰托場域服務層面構面有部分顯著差異。而且「委外照顧原因」、「資訊來源」、「考量因素」彼此之間為顯著正相關性，並且以互動性與家長委外照顧原因呈現正向顯著相關，而在需求性與選擇托嬰的模式場域之資訊來源呈現正向顯著相關。 The paper mainly focused on the infant parents’concerns when choosingchildcaretype and environment.Firstly, the research utilizedquestionnaire to collect data. Random sampling was applied andthe percentage of effective questionnaires is 91.87%(362). The data wereanalyzed by descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation and other related methods. The main findings of the research are as below: Infant parents’ choices for childcare centers’ ＂Professional＂, ＂interactive＂, ＂Security＂, ＂Demand＂ arein high level.And ＂Security＂ is the most important consideration, and the outsourcing care reasons is significant differences appear due to infant parents’ education and occupation.The source of the information is not significant differences appear due to different backgrounds of infant parents.The consider factors is significant differences appear due to infant parents’education and age of infant.the relations between the ＂outsourcing care reasons＂, ＂source of the information＂ and ＂consider factors＂ are positively correlated; furthermore, the relationship among interactive and the consider factors is the highest. The relationship among demand and the source of the information is the highest.
