Abstract:	本研究旨在探討屏東縣心理評量人員的工作困擾與解決方式。作者以自編的「屏東縣心理評量人員的工作困擾之調查問卷」與焦點團體訪談為研究工具，蒐集工作困擾與解決方式的資料。共發送出277份問卷，得到有效樣本223份。透過問卷所蒐集之資料經由次數分配、平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關來分析工作困擾，再以焦點團體訪談的方式得到解決方式，茲將本研究之結論說明如下：一、屏東縣心理評量人員有高度的工作困擾感受度。二、不同「工作服務年資」、「心評年資」、「曾擔任的鑑定工作內容」與「兩年內的心評研習時數」之心理評量人員的工作困擾有明顯差異。三、屏東縣心理評量人員的工作困擾整體與各層面有高度正相關情形。四、屏東縣心理評量人員有多種可因應工作困擾的解決方式。　　茲根據研究結果，提供幾項建議，供教育行政機關、學校單位、心理評量人員及未來研究之參考。　　The purpose of this study was to discuss “the job-related problems and solutions of these problems” of the educational diagnosticians in Pingtung County. In this study, the instruments, self-made questionnaires which was called “The job-related problems for educational diagnosticians in Ping Tung County” and the focus-group interview, were adopted to collect the relative data. Out of 277 questionnaires, we got 223 valid data. These data was analyzed through statistics analysis, including descriptive statistics, mean score, standard deviation, t test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation. Later, the focus-group interview was adopted to find out the solutions. The conclusions of this study were shown as follow.1. Educational diagnosticians in Pingtung County were highly troubled by their job problems.2. Significant differences were found in the data of educational diagnosticians with the following four dimensions. That is “different working seniority”, “diagnostician seniority”, “the contents of identification” and “learning hours of psychological- assessment in the past two years”.3. The Job-problems of the educational diagnosticians in Pingtung County have highly positive correlations with all dimensions.4. Many solutions are available for the educational diagnosticians in Pingtung County.　　According to the findings of this study, several advices were given to educational institutes, administrative organizations, educational diagnosticians and future studies.
