台灣的電子商務非常發達,許多產業都有發展電子商務,可是殯葬業的電子商務尚未發展成熟,殯葬業的管理和銷售模式還處於傳統的營運模式。現有的殯葬業網站仍以企業品牌推廣與服務介紹為主,商品與服務大多數沒有價格標示,存在資訊的不透明與不對稱等現象。本研究透過與殯葬業者、殯葬經理人訪談進行研究資料的蒐集,以訪談資料、文獻和研究者思辨進行資料的分析。研究結論:(一)台灣網路銷售殯葬商品與殯葬服務尚未發展成熟。(二)殯葬業適合導入電子商務。(三)影響殯葬電子商務發展的主因在業者意願。 E-Commerce has grown tremendously, but the funeral industry has not brought so much attention of the e-commerce. The purpose of the study is discussing funeral industry induct the e-commerce in Taiwan. This research discusses the funeral industry to use the e-commerce the influence factor, and provides suggestion to the funeral industry .From this research I found:1. Base on the result that shows lower ratio of the funeral industries have invested in the e-commerce system.2. The funeral industry and the e-commerce union may enhance the funeral industry economical potency.3. The funeral industry do not develop e-commerce well based on the willing of funeral trader.
