    摘要:   近十年來文化創意產業是非常熱門的議題,不管任何的國家地區,無不卯足全力發展自身特色的文化創意產業;而在華人世界,自然會聯想到具有五、六千年悠久歷史的中華文化,此乃因中華文化博大精深、影響源遠流長;當關注到文創背後的深層文化素養時,又以留傳世世代代的四書五經為其典要。  教育為國家之根本大計,所謂十年樹木,百年樹人,能不慎乎?兒童從小實施讀經教育、近期也逐漸被證實、是確實有效的教育根本解決之道;本研究以中華文化涵養教育在台發展現況為例,並以台灣台南地區的讀經班為個案分析,經由層級架構分析法探討影響讀經班運作效率之關鍵成功因素。  本研究首先根據文獻與專家訪談建構出影響讀經班經營效率之層級架構為四個構面與十二個評估準則,經由層級架構分析的結果顯示,有關讀經班經營的重要因素依序分別是:「家庭教養方面」、「學校方面」、「學校以外的讀經方面」、「教學相關方面」。而在整體十二個評估準則中,其重要度的優先順序前六名為:「身教」、「境教」、「納入正規的課程」、「較具規模的書院」、「言教」、「老師的素質」。最後本研究依據研究結果,針對研究個案提出相關的管理與經營建議。
      The cultural and creative industries have gained an extensive attention for almost a decade. No matter where the countries or regions are, they all make a great effort to develop the cultural and creative industries of their own characteristics; in the Chinese world, the Chinese culture with a long history of five or six thousand years is naturally to be connected with when it comes to this subject, owing to its profundity and long-term impact; when the deep cultural quality behind the cultural and creative industries is concerned about, The Four Books and Five Classics (Sìshūwǔ jīng) is a leading classics which passes on to every subsequent generation.  Education is the fundamental plan for a country. We can't be too careful when it comes to the education, owing to its proliferated influence as time goes on. The implementation of classics reading education since children's childhood has gradually proved certainly effective educational fundamental solution recently; this research takes the development status of Chinese culture education in Taiwan as an example, combining with the case study of classics reading class in Tainan, Taiwan to explore the key success factors that affect the operational efficiency of reading class through hierarchical structure analysis.  According to the literatures and expert interviews, this research first constructs the hierarchical structure which affects the operational efficiency of reading class as four aspects and 12 evaluation criteria. The results via hierarchical structure analysis show that the important factors of operating reading class are in sequence: "family upbringing education aspect", "school aspect", "reading outside of school context aspect" and "teaching-related aspect." Among the whole twelve evaluation t criteria, the top six of prioritized importance order are: "teaching by example", "environment teaching", "included into the formal curriculum", "the larger scale of academies", "precepts", " the quality of teachers." Finally, this research based on the results makes relevant recommendations of the management and operation for the studied case.
