英國政府從過去十九世紀的霸權時代逐漸走向衰弱,霸權國家被取代之後英國政府開始積極的尋求對外關係發展,期望能夠再次提升其國際影響力。從大戰之後的英美特殊關係的發展,到與歐盟關係發展,英國透過各種方式來提升其國家利益以及國際影響力。近年來中國勢力崛起,英國與中國的合作關係已經持續相當悠久的時間,但因中國在冷戰結束前後的國際體系中地位尚未穩定,因此英國對中國外交政策一直是趨向於保守穩定的發展狀態。金融風暴以及歐債危機之後,中國逐漸發揮其國際影響力,國際社會開始重視中國的勢力發展,英國也開始積極對中國發展雙邊關係。英國期望能夠與中國發展關係提升其國家利益以及再次的尋回其大國影響力。本論文將探討金融風暴前後英國對中國政策的發展,檢視政策的延續性與特殊性對於兩國關係及可能對國際體系發展的影響。 The British from the hegemony of the past era of the nineteenth century gradually weakened.
