本研究旨在探討企業員工使用通訊軟體造成的角色衝突、關係品質、工作績效以及幸福感之關係與影響。本研究採用便利性取樣進行問卷調查,為確認研究問卷之信效度,本研究共分成前測以及正式問卷等兩個階段進行施測,採用探索性因素分析以及內部一致性作為評估問卷信效度之依據,確認研究問卷具有良好的信效度後,進行正式問卷調查,共獲有效問卷230份,經迴歸分析結果顯示,(1)角色衝突對關係品質、工作績效以及幸福感均存有負向影響力;(2)關係品質對工作績效、幸福感均存有正向影響力;(3)關係品質於角色衝突與工作績效之間存有部分中介效果;(4)關係品質於角色衝突與幸福感之間存有部分中介效果。另本研究根據結論提出具體建議供企業主管做為參考。 This study aims to explore the effects and relationships of messaging software on role conflict, relationship quality, job performance and subject well-being. This study took the questionnaire survey by convinence sampling, and divided into pre-test and formal test in order to confirm the realiability and validity of the questionaires. We took the exploring factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha in the pre-test to examine the questionaires' realiability and validity, and started our formal test after passing the examination. 230 valid questionaires were measured in the formal test, and we analyze the results by multiple regression. This study found four conclusions: 1. role confluct has negative effect on relationship quality, job performance, and subject well-being; 2. relationship quality has positive effect on job performance and subject well-being; 3. relationship quality has a partial mediation effect between role conflict and job performance. 4. relationship quality has a partial mediation effect between role conflict and subject well-being. This study concludes several practical suggestions for the supervisors based on the statistical results.
