本研究在探討不同個人背景之嘉義市國中小教師使用「嘉義市性別平等教育資源中心網站」(略稱「嘉義市性平資源網站」)之現況與知覺品質差異情形。 本文採量化研究的問卷調查法,以嘉義市國中小教師為調查對象,並且以「資訊系統成功模型」的資訊品質、系統品質及服務品質三個構面來探討使用「嘉義市性平資源網站」知覺品質滿意情形。研究結果,摘述如下: 一、教師使用「嘉義市性平資源網站」佔多數為女性、目前不是學校性平會委員、年齡在41~50歲、最高學歷為研究所(含)以上畢業、擔任導師、嘉義市教職服務年資為6~15年、學校規模為25~36班、106年性平教育研習時數在8小時以下。二、教師使用「嘉義市性平資源網站」知覺品質滿意情形屬於中上程度。三、教師在「年齡」、「最高學歷」、「工作職務」、「在嘉義市教職服務年資」、「106年性平教育研習時數」等不同背景變項對使用網站之知覺品質滿意情形表現具顯著差異。 四、教師使用「嘉義市性平資源網站」知覺品質滿意情形在資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質等構面之間,均有顯著相關。 The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation and perceived quality satisfaction for using the "Chiayi City Gender Equality Education Resource Center" (CCGEERC) website by National Elementary and Secondary school Teachers in Chiayi city. In this study, a quantitative questionnaire survey was conducted and the subjects were primary and secondary school teachers. Three domains of information quality, service quality, and system quality of "Information System Success Model" were used to explore the perceived quality satisfaction of the CCGEERC website. The results of this study were summarized as follows: (1)Most users were female, who were not the members of Gender Equality Committee, aged from 41 to 50, graduated from Normal University, being home-room teachers, with the service length from 6 to 15 years. Moreover, the class numbers of their school were from 25 to 36 and their study hours of Gender Equality Education in 2017 were under 8.(2)The degree of overall satisfaction of perceived quality of CCGEERC Website for teachers fell on the upper-middle level.(3)Background variables such as "age", "highest degree", "work position", "service years", and "study hours in 2017" showed significant differences.(4)Significant correlations were shown among three domains of information quality, system quality, and service quality.
