本研究之目的主要在探討木製鋼筆的造形與材質影響消費者喜好程度，採用問卷調查法，研究工具為自編Google線上表單「木製鋼筆造形喜好度之調查問卷」，並發放於網路社群進行問卷調查。總計發送出問卷為623份，回收有效問卷為460份，有效回收率達74%。根據問卷調查所得資料進行分析與統計，運用方法包含平均數描述性統計、單因子變異數分析，根據分析結果，獲得以下之結論：1.不同背景的消費者對於木製鋼筆筆蓋造形的喜好度：由研究結果中發現不同背景之消費者在四種筆蓋造形中，對於卡插式筆蓋喜好度都有較高的表現。2.不同背景的消費者對於木製鋼筆筆夾造形的喜好度：由研究結果中發現不同背景之消費者在四種筆夾造形中，對於流線式筆夾設計喜好度都有較高的表現。3.不同背景的消費者對於木製鋼筆筆桿造形的喜好度：由研究結果中發現不同背景之消費者在不同筆桿造形中，對於細、長、圓滑、直線、基本造形的筆桿造形喜好度都有較高的表現。4.不同背景的消費者對於木製鋼筆材質的喜好度：由研究結果中發現不同背景之消費者在不同木材材質中，對於台灣檜木材質喜好度都有較高的表現。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of the shape and material of wooden fountain pens on consumer preferences. A self-developed Google online questionnaire entitled “The shape of wooden fountain pens preferences questionnaire” was adopted as a research tool and distributed randomly to online communities. Six hundred and twenty-three copies of the questionnaire were sent out, and 460 valid copies were returned; the return rate was 74%. Then, analyses and statistical evaluations were conducted based on the questionnaire results. Descriptive statistics and SPSS were employed to analyze the results, and the below conclusion was found: 1.The preferences of consumers from different backgrounds for the style of wooden fountain pen caps.Based on the Research result from consumers from different backgrounds, snap-fit pen caps showed a higher performance among four kinds of pen cap styles.2.The preferences of consumers from different backgrounds for the style of wooden fountain pen clips.Based on the Research result from consumers from different backgrounds, streamlined pen clips showed a higher performance among four kinds of pen clip styles.3.The preferences of consumers from different backgrounds for the style of wooden fountain pen shaft.Based on the Research result from consumers from different backgrounds, the basic shape of the shaft, including thin, long, smooth, and straight-line, showed a higher performance among different kinds of pen shaft styles.4.The preferences of consumers from different backgrounds for wooden fountain pen materials.Based on the Research result from consumers from different backgrounds, Taiwan cypress showed a higher performance among different kinds of wood materials.
